Peer to Peer audits

Peer to peer audits is a method that can be used in any organisational area in which improvement is desired. It facilitates democratic and non-hierarchical learning. The method can be applied to all types of organisations and it can cover a wide variety of topics.

The Lava Legato foundation set up a project together with Taller d'Art, Cultura i Creació and Porta Nuova to use peer to peer audits for European Solidarity Corps projects. It was an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project to pilot the method and to develop material, especially targeted at using it for organisations that are active within the ESC programme. In 2022 the project came to an end.

Throughout the project period, many improvements by all partner organisations were implemented, simply by talking about strategy and approach.

The good news is that all the material that is developed can be used for free by every ESC organisation, in and outside the Netherlands.
